Support Terms • FIBER operates on Discord for live support

General Terms • FIBER doesn’t offer refunds for software purchases, sometimes they make an exception and offer partial refunds under reasonable circumstances.

• FIBER doesn’t guarantee that the product will work for your PC, they do 99% of the time, however your PC might somehow be incompatible.

• FIBER is not responsible for anything you might or will do with these softwares and is not responsible for any punishments you will receive due to your own doing.

• FIBER does not guarantee that you will not get banned for using some of these softwares. If you're smart, you won't.

• FIBER does not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.

• FIBER does not allow customers to share their subscription, any attempt to bypass our HWID lock system will result in a subscription ban.

• All accounts are NFA unless listed differently. All accounts are manually verified and made sure to be working without issue. Once the account leaves our possession, it is YOUR responsibility to secure the account as best you can. The only way a refund can be issued is if your login doesn't work right after purchasing, must be recorded upon receiving the information and logging into it.

• I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned.

• I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.

• If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant (FIBER) and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.
